Most people have lost trust in public ratings and reviews sites, thanks to the constant doubts of the believability of online reviews. Yoodee is an app which lets customers decide who to trust. The only reviews are recommendations, and they can see when people they know have made one. Negative feedback is given directly, privately, and constructively. I worked as part of the team at Thinkfarm who had been involved in the strategy and development of the app since it was first conceived.

As the brand and the app neared launch, I handled the design of the website. Working with copywriters and developers to determine UX and the visual system, we created a website experience balancing faithfulness to the brand guidelines and tone of voice, with a flexibility that kept it approachable and playful. I subsequently extended this to other visual work including Powerpoint presentations and digital advertising.
