Consumer trust in online reviews has eroded over time. Yoodee was designed to rebuild that trust by letting users  share positive recommendations publicly, while sending negative feedback privately to businesses. I joined Thinkfarm as the app neared launch.

The team had developed a warm, intimate visual language for what was initially a community-focused tool. But a late-stage pivot toward a broader platform required a more scalable design system for varied users and businesses.

As design lead for the launch website, I evolved the core visual brand and worked closely with developers to ensure clarity and usability. The design was well-received by the client’s social media team and shaped social asset design.

As development challenges mounted, my team took on a more prominent role advising on user journey and UX design. I also produced visual materials for investor decks and user onboarding efforts. Despite determined efforts, the app was ultimately axed — but it offered valuable insight into the challenges of launching a digital product.
